DRYING OVEN SYSTEMS
This drying oven can dry small galvanized fasteners, casting iron parts, steel nails, and so on. Drying oven is a kind of auxiliary equipment for galvanizing.
The materials come from the latest flak tanks and are wet. These wet materials need to be dried at a certain temperature. Otherwise, melted zinc will increase during dipping and dust particles. Drying kiln systems are used to minimize these bad effects. Thus, this intermediate operation is important for other operations.
