GALVANIZING FURNACE AND KETTLE

Galvanizing Furnace is an enclosed machine in which the material is heated to a high temperature. The control system of the furnace is for checking the temperature. The life expectancy of this equipment is more than 20 years.
While galvanizing process, thermal energy is produced in order to keep molten zinc within the optimal temperature range. Heating can be affected by natural gas, oil, and electrical heating. Galvanizing furnace heat the kettle, which contains zinc for coating. It is available to change, restore or upgrade the kettle. The average life of the kettle is 8-10 years.
Galvanizing kettles are fabricated from the special steel material having low carbon and silicon contents.
